PCC is a culinary team hell bent on changing the palates of a small town with innovative cuisine, showcased in supper clubs, catering events, and pop up restaurants. We have secured a few of NEPA's most beautiful catering halls for such events! We can accommodate a party up to 255 guests! Book with us ASAP, we are filling up fast!

Gene Philbin is the Chef/Owner of Peculiar Culinary Company. With over 15 years experience in the food service industry, Gene is also a 2004 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America.
